The branch of orthopedic science has evolved from a basic practice of bone setting & massages to one which involves the practical application of medicine and surgery for the management of ailments of the musculoskeletal system.

Gone are the days when people after a fracture had to cope with a life of deformity & incapacitation. Orthopedics of the 21st century is a highly sophisticated & evidence-based science which has dramatically improved the lives of those affected by trauma, degenerative diseases, or any other disease which directly or indirectly affects the bones and joints.
